Just what we needed.
Name:Just what we needed. A villa away from all but still close to everything within a short drive. The location is so calm and quiet and the whirltop what exactly what we needed. thank you to our lovely hosts for sorting everything out for us. We will be definitely be coming back.

The villa was incredible.
Name:Marios was a fantastic host, very responsive, easy to communicate with and very helpful with everything we needed. The villa was incredible. Being in a remote quiet location we had our privacy, but it was also a quick drive away from nearby villages. the place was spotlessly clean, and it had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place and Marios as a host and we look forward to returning

Amazing views and outdoor area
Name:We have stayed in this villa from 2nd to 5th January 2022 as a group of six friends. The view over the hills and sea at night and by day is amazing. The heated Whirlpool/jacuzzi (at extra cost) was perfect for the cold evenings. The pool (not heated) and pool-area with the sofas and divan beds are probably absolutely great for hot summer days. There are plenty of bedrooms and almost all of them have their own bathroom. Also there is a rooftop terrace and balcony from the master bedroom, which could be used if liked. The living room with both sofa areas is very spacious. The kitchen has a dishwasher and many things you could use for cooking for yourself.

Name:I found this when my favourite hotel was not available. So happy that we did! I don’t believe you could find any better villa for vacationing in Paphos. And at this price, Great Bargain. It is a huge villa. We had everything we could need. A/C worked well, hot water plentiful with a rain shower head plus a hand held. Towels and bed sheets were clean. Extra blankets were at the cabinets too. They were thick and large. The pool was wonderful. The Jacuzzi was huge and exactly what we needed to relax. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, all the essentials. An outdoor bbq is available in the courtyard area, it is very clean, which we used several times. The owner Marios is very personable and strives to please. You will want a car to explore and go to beaches and restaurants. Small grocery shop is available at the village. Thank you for our amazing holidays.

Name:Alex S Great villa in idyllic location Left on Aug 13, 2018 for a stay in Jul 2018 Hills View villa in Kathikas is fantastic, well appointed with great facilities, Marios is an excellent host and met us to show us around the villa and to let us know if we needed anything we only had to contact him. We didn't need anything as the villa had everything we needed. The villa can comfortably accommodate 10 (maybe even more) Kathikas is a wonderful village with lots to do. A car is essential, It is located around 20km from Paphos which is good because it is close enough to visit but then you can drive back to the tranquillity of the mountains when you are done. Being in the mountains, Kathikas benefits from still having sun most of the day, but you get the cooling mountain breeze as well, Paphos can sometimes be too hot for us. There are lots of restaurants in Kathikas and they are all good, our favourite was the Farm Yard, particularly the Sunday lunch, but Kypriassos, Yianni's Petradaki are all wonderful too and very reasonably priced. Another added bonus of Kathikas is the many wineries open to the public. You have the bigger Vasilikon winery, which was great but our favourite as the Sterna winery, a small family run vineyard, where you can visit, enjoy wine tasting of all the produced wine, with salads, cheese, biscuits, grapes provided, a truly lovely experience and then you can buy any produce from the winery shop when you are done. They make great gifts for folks back home as the winery do not export any of their products. All in all, I can't recommend Kathikas highly enough and Hills View Villa is a great place to explore it from. The spacious and quiet garden was perfect to relax and sunbathe. Greeting, cleaning service and leaving the Villa went smoothly and was handled very professionally. At arrival our first impressions were WOW!!
Name:At arrival our first impressions were WOW!! but as the days went by it was much, much, better, we enjoyed everything about the Villa i.e cleanliness, surroundings, facilities in the Villa, everything. We went to relax and spend quality time with the family and am glad to say it was achieved, weather was perfect not too warm but the h pool and heated Jacuzzi made it perfect for the adults and children to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen has all one needs and if one wants not to cook you have the option of Kathikas taverns with local food. Overall very satisfied and will be returning again in the near future. Last but not least we were greeted with a warm welcome and explained well all that we needed to know.

Name:Just back from a great holiday. Stayed in Hills view villa which was ideal for a large family like us. The villa is beautiful , very spacious and the layout allows for everyone to have their own space. It is well equipped and has all the mod cons. The pool is a good size and has an amazing view. The villa enjoys a great location being situated in a quiet area just a short distance by car to the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket. Every thing you need to enjoy your stay has been thought off. Check in and check out are well managed and we hope to return one day. A fab villa which I will recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely stunning villa with amazing gardens
Name:The villa was absolutely beautiful and exactly how it looked on the pictures! It was so big and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy a perfect stay. It was clean and modern and had all the amenities. The pool and jacuzzi were fab and were warm (we went the end of February) and the gardens were stunning. Marios was so helpful and showed us around upon arrival. He communicated with us beforehand and greeted us late at night which was lovely. He also provided us with places to eat and drink and taxi numbers so we could get around. It wasn't too far from small restaurants and bars. Overall we had the best experience and I would definitely recommend Hills view villa to anyone. We will look on returning in the future. :)

Beautiful villa with high quality furnishings
Name:We stayed in this beautiful villa in February 2018. I can highly recommend this villa for its lovely views towards the sea and high quality furnishings. No expense has been spared with the build quality and so much thought has gone into the interior design. The swimming pool is lovely and huge. There was also a hot tub which we used a lot.

Name:Beautiful villa modern light bright interior as described in the advert with very comfortable soft furnishings and state of the art tv/music/internet TV and well equipped kitchen. All very conveniently set out for maximising the outdoor areas and pool from which there are stunning views across Paphos bay area. Excellent villa for large family gatherings. Villa is within walking distance of very friendly village of Kathikas with well stocked village shop and the fabulous Imogen's Inn Taverna which specializes in home cooking and plenty of Gluten Free, vegetarian and vegan options.
