To proceed with this booking, a 30% prepayment is required. The remaining balance is payable two (2) months prior to arrival.
Please note that bookings made within two (2) months of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
In the event of a cancellation or no-show, no refund will be issued for any amount paid. Amendments to bookings are not permitted.
If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date (two months prior to the arrival date), the booking will be automatically cancelled. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and no amendments will be allowed.
You will receive a reminder email with a payment link two months before arrival to proceed with the final payment.

Beautiful villa with a lovely pool and terrace and a sea view! only a short walk to local town and cafes and restaurants.
Would recommend hiring a car as local beaches a drive away and taxis seemed expensive.

Fantastic stay at Villa 9 – Everything was clean and well maintained, kitchen had all we needed, we paid the extra fee for the jacuzzi and enjoyed sunset while soaking on the roof. Location was good, a 25 minute walk to the beach was fine for adults, full supermarket nearby as well as the Coral Bay Main Road strip of restaurants. Not too far a drive into Paphos town or airport, but you do need a car for this villa to make sense. In November we didn’t need any aircon or heat, but the water heater switch provided endless hot water for showers. Communication was excellent by the hosts. Overall would happily recommend.

Very lovely stay! Host was very accommodating and had great communication while we were there! They organised our taxis from the airport for us which was extremely useful and a very good price! Location was good, it’s about 15-20mins walk to local supermarket but the shop does offer to bring you back with the food shopping if you don’t have a hire car! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely villas, very modern and loved the private pool. Our family booked 4 of these villas and it was lovely for all of us to be together, a short walk (15-20mins) to coral bay and taxis were always available. Locals all extremely friendly.
