All cancellations must be made in writing/ by email at: [email protected] . Cancellation takes effect on the day we receive your email/notice. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Please ensure that you have received written confirmation by email from our agency on your cancellation.
In the event of a cancellation or a no show of the guest, there is no refund of any amount paid. Amendment of a booking is not possible.
In the event of the remaining amount of a booking is not payable on the requested date, (2 months before the arrival date) then the booking is automatically cancelled and there is no refund of any amount paid nor the option of amending your booking.
If you cancel your booking or not be able to complete the full payment of your booking, the following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 60 days prior to arrival= loss of deposit
- Less than 60 days prior arrival= loss of total amount

A big thank you to Marios & Elena the villa was amazing & we all had a fab time! Any queries we had were answered very quickly and dealt with immediately – the perfect hosts!
Paphos has long since been a special place for my family & we generally return year after year however this was our 2nd time going to a villa & Coral Elite Residences were perfect for us! The whole place was very clean, pool was used daily and Coral Bay beach, restaurants & supermarket are all a short distance away by car, could also walk too for those more adventurous/not traveling with a young toddler!
We are already planning our return visit & have recommended this villa to friends & family.

Firstly I must say the villa, it’s location and our stay was enjoyed by all.
We were greeted the following morning and given a quick guide to points in the house and I must say communication was excellent by the host from start to finish.We arrived really late at night on a Saturday and the host provided us with some essentials to get us through until we could make it to the supermarket.
The villa was more than adequate to meet our needs and the pool was a fantastic way to cool off especially as temperatures were hitting the mid 30s.
Getting there / location:
initially it would seem that the villa is in a remote area, but this is a blessing as it provides a tranquil and relaxing environment.
Elena arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport (€50) then we rented a car from a local company (this we arranged in the UK and the company met us at the villa to drop off this car – this saved us a considerable amount as many other car rentals were asking for £1500+ for 10 days. We paid €350 so definitely worth looking into) we were then able to drive the rental to the airport and leave it there for collection, again this saved €50 on a transfer back to the airport.
Everything is within easy reach by car, the supermarket (which has EVERYTHING) is located just 5 mins away and the main strip with bars/ cafes and restaurants is about 7 mins away. I wouldn’t recommend walking at night as the villa is in an area that is currently being developed and there are no street lights or paths to walk on.
Must visits:
-Phils Bar and Grill – breakfast
Just next to the supermarket-Andrias steak house (little more expensive, but we’ll worth the cost for Meze and Steak!)
– Neos Sports bar. This is located at the top of the street and perfect (our kids were able to go and play pool, and a range of other activities without needing to drive – they are 16/21) this was a welcome location. Don’t be fooled by the initial appearance or the fact that this is a sports bar as I was, the food is reasonable, and delicious and there was a great atmosphere in the evening. The rooftop bar provided relief from the heat – definitely worth a visit.
The buggy/jeep tour are a must, we did the 4.5 hour tour and would 100% recommend! The guides are great and it’s a brilliant way to see the island. Some of the tracks are not accessible by car. If you do this activity face masks and goggles are a must – don’t wear white!
Overall, we had a great holiday and would highly recommend Mario and Elena! Thank you for having us.

This is a great villa. We were a big group of 5 adults, 2 kids, 2 toddlers and a baby and it was big enough that we didnt feel crammed. It is very big. Bedrooms are massive and so is the outside area. Also lots of bathrooms for everyone.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and use the outside bbq.
The host very kindly provided milk, bread, butter and water for our first day there.
The area is very quiet and serene.

we stayed at coral elite in July. the villa was as luxury as descriped. the service was as descriped as well. whenever we called they were there to help us. Marios was waiting for us at the villa and show us around. we will definetely be back. thank you.
