All cancellations must be made in writing/ by email at: [email protected] . Cancellation takes effect on the day we receive your email/notice. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Please ensure that you have received written confirmation by email from our agency on your cancellation.
In the event of a cancellation or a no show of the guest, there is no refund of any amount paid. Amendment of a booking is not possible.
In the event of the remaining amount of a booking is not payable on the requested date, (2 months before the arrival date) then the booking is automatically cancelled and there is no refund of any amount paid nor the option of amending your booking.
If you cancel your booking or not be able to complete the full payment of your booking, the following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 60 days prior to arrival= loss of deposit
- Less than 60 days prior arrival= loss of total amount

Lovely villas, very modern and loved the private pool. Our family booked 4 of these villas and it was lovely for all of us to be together, a short walk (15-20mins) to coral bay and taxis were always available. Locals all extremely friendly.

Amazing villa with great views and a lot of space! Good sized bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and perfect location! Quiet and secluded street meant for a peaceful stay. Neo’s sports bar provided a great local, cheap lunch option with the supermarket and “strip” just a 20 min walk away too. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely villa – just like the photos.
We chose not to have a car and it was ok for us. A bit of a walk to the main area of restaurants (20 mins) with lots of bits of roads without pavements, but we always felt safe. Big supermarket 15 mins walk provided a taxi service home. Was ‘free’ but a tip always appreciated. Neo’s just up the road was a great place to eat, with entertainment at weekends.
Villa itself was clean and spacious with a lovely pool. There were little things that could’ve made it better, but nothing major. Apart from basic loo roll there was nothing ‘consumable’ provided – which is fine, if you know that in advance. Spacious, contemporary villa ideal for larger family. Nice quiet location. Great supermarket 15 minute walk good local bus service to Paphos town and harbour (20 minutes ride). The pool is not heated and hot tub is additional charge.
