All cancellations must be made in writing/ by email at: [email protected] . Cancellation takes effect on the day we receive your email/notice. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Please ensure that you have received written confirmation by email from our agency on your cancellation.
In the event of a cancellation or a no show of the guest, there is no refund of any amount paid. Amendment of a booking is not possible.
In the event of the remaining amount of a booking is not payable on the requested date, (2 months before the arrival date) then the booking is automatically cancelled and there is no refund of any amount paid nor the option of amending your booking.
If you cancel your booking or not be able to complete the full payment of your booking, the following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 60 days prior to arrival= loss of deposit
- Less than 60 days prior arrival= loss of total amount

A fabulous villa, within 15mins walk to the supermarket and local restaurants. The villa was immaculate and spacious, and the host was readily available.

We had a fantastic week at Coral Elite Residence at the start of May. Upon arrival we realized there was only 1 travel cot and 1 high chair when 2 had been agreed prior to our arrival. Within 20 mins of the Tuesday morning (we arrived late Monday night) and us notifying the hosts, we had both arrive in the villa. Absolutely fantastic and rapid response. The villa was as beautiful as the pictures show, lovely and private but still only a 15 minute walk to supermarket, shops and the beach. Definitely recommend trying the ice cream man who came past the villa daily, absolutely delicious! Elena also sorted out a taxi on arrival for us and a late checkout which was extremely helpful with the timing of our flight. Everything felt effortless which allowed us to completely relax and have a great time. Would highly recommend!
